Welcome to your high-end 2-bedroom apartment in Punta Cana, a beautifully designed, brand-new unit just a 3-minute walk from the beach.

This modern 1,184 sq ft condo is thoughtfully laid out on one level and blends clean design with cozy, tropical touches:

• Master bedroom – King-size bed, large closet, private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, direct access to the terrace, air conditioning, and Smart TV with streaming.

• Second bedroom – Queen-size bed, full-length wall mirror, closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. This bedroom has access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• Living room – Comfortable sofa bed that converts into a Queen-size bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, and high-speed fiber optic WiFi throughout the apartment.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether you’re making coffee or cooking full meals:

• Large double fridge-freezer

• 5-burner gas cooktop + electric oven

• Filter coffee machine, blender, toaster

• Cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, utensils)

• Dining area with a large table and 4 chairs

You’ll also have a large washing machine and dryer, and an electric water heater for added comfort and convenience.

Private Terrace & Pool

One of the highlights of this apartment is the private pool on the balcony – a perfect spot for:

• Sunset drinks

• Relaxing while overlooking the lively commercial plaza below

Right beneath the apartment, you’ll find some of the best restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a supermarket, and a currency exchange, so everything you need is just steps away.

The building offers 24/7 private security, elevator access, a large shared pool with Bali beds, hammocks, BBQ area, playground, private indoor parking, and surveillance cameras in common areas (entrance, hallways, pool) for your peace of mind. Inside the apartment, your privacy is fully respected—no cameras indoors.

This space is designed to feel like your own private boutique stay in the heart of Los Corales, Punta Cana.

You’ll have the whole property available to you and full access to the entire apartment. The only locked areas are one side of the master bedroom closet and the cabinet under the kitchen sink. These are reserved for storing cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and maintenance items to help keep the space fresh and well-stocked for your stay.

Although I won’t be there in person, I’m always just a call or quick text away and happy to help with anything you need during your stay.

• Electricity costs in Punta Cana are high due to frequent air conditioning use.

To keep rates fair, Finelight Stays includes $10 USD per day in electricity usage, which is typically sufficient with responsible use.

Meter readings are taken at check-in and checkout to track consumption. If usage exceeds the included allowance, the additional amount will be charged at 20.29 DOP per kWh and requested through Airbnb after checkout.

💡 Tip: Turning off A/C and lights when leaving the apartment will usually keep you within the included limit.

• For your enjoyment, this property includes a hammock for relaxation. Please use it responsibly and follow the safety guidelines below:

• Weight Limit: The hammock is designed for up to two persons with a maximum combined weight of 450 lbs. The stand supports up to 475 lbs. For safety, do not exceed these limits.
  

• Proper Use Only: Sit or lie down gently in the center of the hammock. Do not jump, stand, swing aggressively, or use it as a play structure.
  

• Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times when using the hammock.
  

• Footwear & Sharp Objects: Avoid using the hammock with shoes, sharp objects, or items that may damage the fabric.
  

• Weather Conditions: Do not use the hammock during strong winds, rain, or unsafe weather conditions.
  

• At Your Own Risk: Use of the hammock is at the guest’s own risk. Finelight Stays is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper or unsafe use.
  

• Damage Responsibility: Any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges.
